Good Afternoon, I am not writing because I need service. I am just writing to say that I appreciate how nice the grounds look this time of year. When I moved in last Fall, I was curious to see what the place looked like in the growing season. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the flowers, landscaping, and care that is put into the property. I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years and it feels nice coming home to this one. Keep up the great work!

Last time I had a work order placed to fix a leaky shower head in the main bathroom, the maintenance person brought a package into the apartment that was sitting outside our front door, and that was really nice.

My spouse and I are always remarking to each other how good we feel about where we live. Our grounds are immaculately kept up year-round by the fantastic maintenance crew, who are also very responsive to any requests. The office staff is very informative and patient, and I love the amenities included in our rent. We have been living at Sutton Club 2 years now with no major issues, and feel the price is fair for what's included (we have an updated Buckingham floor plan).

I have lived here for 17 years and I don't plan on leaving any time soon. The staff is amazing and very professional. If I ever have a problem it is usually taken care of in 24 hours.

Living at Sutton Club Apartment Homes has been a wonderful experience! The maintenance team always go above and beyond anytime I need service. Just last week, my closet shelf and rod fell and caused most of my shoes and clothing to be all over. I put in a maintenance request that morning and it was fixed when I got off work. They put my shoes back on the shelf and hung up all my clothing very neatly. This is something that they did not need to do but chose to go above and beyond. And the office staff is amazing! I could go on and on. You can’t go wrong by choosing Sutton Club Apartment Homes as a place to call home.
