  1. What kind of pets do you allow?
    Yes, we are pet friendly! Cats only.
  2. How many pets may I have?
    We welcome a maximum of 2 cats.
  3. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    Yes, there is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and a $20 per month cat fee per cat (maximum 2).
  4. What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    Any adult wanting to view the community must have a current and valid photo I.D.
  5. What are your fees?
    The application fee is $30 per applicant and is non-refundable. Any adult who will be listed as an occupant must pay a criminal background fee of $20 per occupant and is non-refundable.
  6. What are the income and credit qualifications?
    Qualification criteria can be found by going to the Leasing Menu and clicking on the Apply Now icon.
  7. What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    Only qualified applicants can be listed as legally and financially responsible.
  8. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    The deposit is refundable as long as there are no damages or balances owing.
  9. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    We understand job transfers can happen; please contact the business office for information.
  10. Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Contact the business office for more information.
  11. What utilities are included in my lease?
    Sutton Club pays for heat, water, trash, sewer, and paper recycling. Residents are responsible for electric, cable, and internet.
  12. How long is the term of the lease?
    Sutton Club offers a standard 12 month lease term. During the winter there may be other lease term options available. Contact the office for seasonal lease terms.
  13. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Sutton Club may offer seasonal short term leasing options for new residents. Contact the office for information.
  14. Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Sutton Club encourages residents to have renters insurance to cover their personal property.
  15. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You may contact the office 24/7 or go to Resident Services to report a repair.
  16. When is my rent payment due?
    Your rental payment is due on the first of each month.
  17. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Making your life easier is the goal. Electronic payments are accepted. You may set up payments through Resident Services with Paylease.
  18. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes! Located to the left of the Welcome Center entrance is a drop slot for payments. Please understand no cash is accepted for any monetary amount, no matter how small.
  19. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Please contact the office for more information.
  20. Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes, we offer reserved parking for an additional fee. Please contact the office for current fees.
  21. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles must be parked in a carport or outside storage area. Call the office for current fees.
  22. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Notifying the office of additional occupants is required. We can fill you in on what needs to be done prior to their arrival.
  23. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Contact the business office for more information.
  24. Does the property have cable services?
    Xfinity is available for your choosing. You may contact them directly to set up your cable service. Free Wi-Fi is available in the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Sun Deck.
  25. Does the property have a fitness center?
    For your convenience the fitness center is open 24/7.
  26. Does the property have a swimming pool?
    The heated swimming pool is available from 10AM - 9PM; weather permitting.
  27. Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    Sutton Club offers recycling for paper products only.
  28. Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No, the approved apparatus is an electric grill. However, for your cooking enjoyment we have several charcoal grills set up throughout the community.
  29. Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Sutton Club offers every apartment home one free storage area. Additional outside storage areas can be rented on a monthly basis. Call the office for current pricing.
  30. Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    Tired of white walls? We understand. Please stop by the office to get written approval from management to make changes to your home.
  31. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Sutton Club gladly delivers packages to your home. Fill out the package delivery form and we will deliver the package. Keep in mind, if packages are delivered to the office after 3:00 PM you will receive your package the next business day (Monday-Friday Delivery)
  32. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Sutton Club encourages all companies to sign up for the Preferred Employer Program. Contact your Human Resource Department today and direct them to our website.
  33. Where do I register to Vote?
